First of all, I’m 100 percent woman—born woman. I know I look very masculine. Mainly in my forehead brow area. I get comments from men how they don’t think I’m a woman & it’s heartbreaking for me & I just want to feel beautiful & feminine to them. How realistic is brow bone surgery for me? Where can I find a doctor who will do this procedure on me? I’m 26 and I want my youth to be filled with happiness as a woman. Please help me with information on my brow bone.

I do not perform forehead reduction/scalp advancement procedures for males due to the risk of scar exposure over time. A hair transplant procedure is a great option for lowering the hairline in a man, but may require two sessions to achieve maximal frontal hairline density. All the best,
A hairline lowering procedure can help round out the corners of your hairline but to understand how it may actually look or to understand realistic expectations, you need to see a doctor in person and have this conversation.
