4 weeks post op rhinoplasty: Could I have damage my new nose after chewing a bag of hard chips?

I ate a bag of hard tortilla chips would This change the shape or ruin the results of my now beautiful nose I did feel a little pressure and felt funny can describe the feeling sorry but it did not bleed
