In what country should I get both an ethnic rhinoplasty and v-line/shape surgery done at once? (Photo)

hello thank you for your question and provided information as well.. based in your question and the picture you showed, its difficult to evaluate you , because the angles its not are good to evaluate, my recommendation its get a consultation in person with a plastic surgeon to check what plastic surgery do you apply.

A rhinoplasty and chin reduction with contouring can be done together. The multiple procedures can be done together or separately. For the past 42 years I have done thousands of procedures and developed many. You should look at various websites and see several Facial Feminization surgeons and look for natural results. 

Good question. Patients always want the best surgeon, of course. But, the search is not easy. My advice, if you are looking for the right place to start, by doing consultations, is to go to a city where cosmetic surgery is a major industry, so to speak. There are only a few in the world. Miami, Florida; Beverly Hills, CA,  Seoul, Korea  and Rio in Brazil, are to be considered. If you can track down the most specialized surgeon(s)  for the procedures you want, you will be rewarded. While rhinoplasty and v-line jaw reshaping surgery can be done at the same time, he first step is to determine what both the nose and jawline specifically need. A rhinoplasty to reduce the size of your tip and nostrils seems the likely approach for your nose. I would question your need for traditional v-line jaw surgery because your already have high and non-wide jaw angles so it not clear as to what jawline shape you are seeking.

You can either find a surgeon that only specializes in rhinoplasty and another in facial bone surgery. Normally plastic surgeons do more than just one specific type of surgery. There are many doctors who can perform rhinoplasty and facial bone surgery.

Based on the photos you have a bulbous nasal tip and wide nasal bridge. The bulbous tip is needs to be  defatted and replaced with cartilage tip grafts. Cartilage grafts are  used to reshape and add tip support.  The bridge can be narrowed and nostrils brought in. Bulbous tip rhinoplasties are by far the most challenging cosmetic operations in cosmetic surgery. This because the anatomy and skin thickness requires special techniques to achieve desired results. Do your research online and try to choose a surgeon that can deliver results that you seek. They should have numerous before and after photos with results you like and seek. Choosing the right surgeon who has experience is imperative; you want to avoid any revision in the future. You can send me your photos for computer imaging.

Dear LillePia, You would benefit nicely from rhinoplasty surgery and should be able to find experts here on realself in many different cities. I do not see the need for v-line jaw surgery in these limited photographs. Consultation with some experts in the field and imaging will be very helpful to show you what  procedures would provide the changes that you want to your facial aesthetics. Due to our great ethnic diversity In California many surgeons like myself perform ethnic rhinoplasty procedures many times weekly.
