I had my upper and lower eyelids done in April. All was fine until about 2 months ago when I developed yellowing under both eyes and one small raised area on my right eyelid (which does seem to be resolving itself). Prior to the change in skin color, I had several facials using Pelleve & Derma-Pen during which time the aesthetician treated the eyelids and under eye area with both devices. Could this have drawn fat to the surface of my skin. I don't present as a typical patient with Xanthelasma.

The left upper eyelid is slightly heavier than the right upper eyelid. The creases were made too high and the crease is not well defined. There is too much skin and muscle left on the upper eyelid platform. The skin on the eyelid platform needs to be snugged like a bedsheet....
