This has been an issue for my whole life. I'm getting an HD lipo on March 31, 2017. Is there any doctor in the Los Angeles area available for a quick procedure while I get fat out of my chest? My nipples will be cut open for fat transfer. It'd be great to find a doctor who can fix my inverted nipple issue on the same day.

Thank you for sharing your question.  It should be possible to correct your inverted nipples at the same time as your liposuction procedure and that surgeon should be able to do them both.  If they feel more comfortable with another surgeon I would ask them for recommendations of ASPS board certified plastic surgeons that they work with for consultation.  Hope this helps.
