I'm a young male with inverted nipples.

This has been an issue for my whole life. I'm getting an HD lipo on March 31, 2017. Is there any doctor in the Los Angeles area available for a quick procedure while I get fat out of my chest? My nipples will be cut open for fat transfer. It'd be great to find a doctor who can fix my inverted nipple issue on the same day.

It is definitely possible for nipples to invert after substantial weight loss.  Typically a breast lift, with or without implant, is an important step in improving the shape of the breasts.  Inverted nipple repair may be done with or without a breast lift.
