What does inflammatory response from pds 5-0 sutures look like in tip of nose?

Your photo suggests that you may have a structural problem related to your modified, natural lower lateral cartilages or a tip cartilage graft which is visible through the skin. It is unlikely that this is caused by PDS suture or a suture granuloma. Discuss this with your surgeon. If you have a cartilage graft on your tip, perhaps remove would easily correct the problem. If you are suffering from tip bossa, then you will likely need additional correction for improvement. 

5-0 PDS first of all is the correct type of suture to use in the tip.  It appears from the picture that the "ball" may be secondary to underlying anatomy rather than the knots of the 5-0 PDSTalk to your surgeon!

PDS sutures can take six to nine months to dissolve completely. They usually don't cause a visible bump. It looks like the tip may be related to the actual underlying anatomy with the tip cartilages. I would bring it up with your surgeon because they know exactly what was done and where each type of suture was placed. Best of luck

It is extremely rare that  5.0 PDS sutures would be visible under the skin after rhinoplasty surgery. The pictures you posted suggest that the sharp edges are secondary to the underlying tip cartilages. Discuss with your surgeon or schedule an examination with another surgeon.
