I have a small hard round ball on the tip of my nose that has not been getting any better it seems. The surgeon used pds 5-0 sutures to shape and lift my tip and also resected and repositioned the LLC. Is it possible for "suture knots" to cause this type of reaction and persist for 3 months? Or is this most likely my lower lateral cartilage edges? How would this be fixed if it is my lower lateral cartilages.
