My nose was crooked and the sugeon had to straighten the septem and break the bones to correct the angle and make the nose symmetrical. It was perfect afterwards but since then it is starting to move out of shape again and become bent to one side. The surgeon has said this can happen because of tissue memory and I may need another operation. I’m gutted. Is this normal? He said he may need to shave more off one side of the septem so it doesn’t bend to one side.
