You look like you both a deviation of the nose, and somewhat visible caudal edge of the nasal bones where the middle vault (septum and upper lateral cartilages are more narrow (inverted v deformity).  If the cartilage of the septum was curved to begin with (as part of the original cause of the crooked nose), unfortunately, it can curve back later under the best of circumstances. A revision rhinoplasty with spreader grafts, and possibly additional osteotomy should improve the nose but it is very hard to reliably achieve a completely straight nose if the septal cartilage is warped.  You can score the cartilage to weaken it, and brace with spreader grafts, but nothing is completely reliable.

These shape changes can occur due to memory of the existing cartilage, or warping of cartilage grafts that may have been used during your initial case.  In any case, there are several methods of correcting this and bolstering the correction to ensure the best possible chance of maintaining a straight nose.  I recommend consulting with a plastic surgeon who specializes in revision rhinoplasty.

From the  1 very limited photograph, it appears that the patient's left side upper lateral cartilage has been dislocated inward from the left nasal bone, and the left nasal bone is drifting outward. Treatment for this particular issue involves an osteotomy placed in the  nasal bone, and a cartilaginous spreader graft placed underneath the concave upper lateral cartilage on the same side.  Its probably best to wait at least a year before undergoing a revision to allow full healing.
