My face lacks definition from front, I would like a sharp ogee curve and lift up the bulge of soft tissue at the side of my nostril. Would I need paranasal implant to achieve my goal.

the guy you are showing in the photo has less buccal fat pad, softer skin and jawline, chin that makes him look more contoured. you just need fillers. implants may give you an overdone look but can be customized.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I would recommend well placed cheek implants that are positioned medially (towards the nose). The lack of definition that you describe is the area between your lower eyelid and inner cheek. The implant would provide more convexity the this area and blend in with your lateral cheek which has good projection.

The area you have highlighted is neither the cheek nor the paranasal area. It is in the upper maxilla under right under the infraorbital nerve. If you are trying to achieve a simultaneous Ogee curve enhancement with augmentation of the upper maxilla that would require a custom implant approach since there is not standard implant that can concurrently do both in a predictable manner.
