Can Subperiosteal Midface lift be reversed or will shape of my face go back to what it was before surgery? 15 months postop now.

I am sorry to hear about your result. I recommend that you get a thorough physical examination for answers.   Your underlying anatomy will likely allow for relief from your present appearance.  Make sure to schedule a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in regards to your concerns. I am sorry you are feeling the way you do.  Facial surgery should be a positive experience.  I am also sorry you feel that you were lied to.  Your consultation should be completely transparent and ALL of your questions should have been answered and potential outcomes and alternatives discussed in detail.  Your first stop should be with your original surgeon.  If you are not satisfied with what they have to say then I would suggest a consultation with another surgeon to address the issues that you are concerned with. 

I'm sorry for your experience. At 15 months post op, you should be at or close to your final result. I would recommend discussing your dissatisfaction with your surgeon to see if anything can be done.  Otherwise, seeking a second opinion with an experienced surgeon may be beneficial. Best of Luck
