Unsatisfactory results after 2 liposuction treatments on my abdomen, will it be fixed? (Photos)

Hi I had 2 liposuction on my abdomen the second one was supposed to be a revision for the first one . Always unsatisfied with may contouring results and worried that it will not be possible to fix it. Now my upper abdomen is stil hanging and want to clarify 1- did the doctor remove way too much fat from the lower abdomen ? 2- since I had already 2 surgeries will bodytite (less invasive procedure) fix my issue 3-is it fixable at all ?

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

At this time, you will need a tummy tuck. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

One of the most common failures in plastic surgery is the wrong selection of patients. 
Based on your photos your abdominal
skin is saggy skin and loose muscle so you have the appearance of wavy and protruding. Your problem is Not excess of fat only, in reality is excess of skin and loose muscle and will never be flat, tight and smooth  only doing liposuction. liposuccion, (no matter the energy) you will cause you end up saggier and lumpy. You are an absolute candidate for Tummy Tuck or Abdominoplasty, muscle repair to achieve a flat abdomen and tight skin, smaller waist.

Typically when I consult with patients about abdominal contour options, the discussion starts with whether the patient would benefit more from liposuction vs. abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). Tummy tuck allows for underlying muscle tightening and skin removal. Lipo only allows for removal of fat under the skin. It looks like your contour outcome is limited by abdominal muscle laxity, better managed with tummy tuck.
I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon who is most qualified to guide you.

An examination is needed to be certain if you have excess fat or skin or both. You might be a candidate for a tummy tuck as well.

It looks to me like you need a better Plastic Surgeon.   It looks to me like you have pretty good skin tone but, A lot of excess fat.   Many docs do liposuction awake in their office.   In that case most patients can only have a relatively small amount of fat removed.   If it is done by an experienced Plastic Surgeon, under anesthesia, much more fat can be removed.   I would definitely recommend BodyTite and Morpheus Body treatments along with the liposuction.  You may also need to consider having a tummy tuck at a later time if your skin doesn't retract after removing a significant volume of fat.

There are two variables that determine what cosmetic surgery outcomes look like. The first is the patient’s candidacy for the procedure, and the second is the scale of the provider. There are four variables that determine what the abdomen looks like. Treatments should be based on having a clear understanding of which variables are causing the problem.
The four variables that determine what the abdomen looks like our abdominal skin laxity typically due to previous pregnancies or weight loss. Excess subcutaneous fat. muscle separation from previous pregnancies. And the last variable is excess visceral or intra-abdominal fat.
It looks to me like you have pregnancy related changes, which are mostly skin, laxity and muscle separation. The correct procedure to treat those are a full tummy tuck.
Because Liposuction doesn’t treat muscle, separation and skin laxity. The results from that procedure are going to be inherently limited. Based on your limited pictures, it looks like you may not have been an ideal candidate for liposuction, and may have been a better candidate for a tummy tuck.
We really need to see quality before and after pictures to make a quality assessment. If you don’t have a complete set of before and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took. We should see before and after pictures from every angle in order to make a good assessment.
To get a better assessment, I suggest having a few in person second opinion consultations
