I want to have a breast augmentation for volume but clinic recommends a lift to move my nipples up and augmentation for better results. I don't want the breast lift procedure. I would like to be a full C-Cup. 1) Should I get the lift? 2) how many cc should I get to be a Full C-Cup?
Answer: Considering options If you elect to have the augmentation with no lift your breasts will be larger, but the nipple position will remain as it is. If this is your preferred look, then augmentation alone is fine. If you want a lifted, perkier look, then you may want to consider the lift. I've included a video on implant selection that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Breasts If you want to be even, then get the lift. with no lift, you will have larger and still sagging breasts, especially on the lower side. I would suggest meeting with a surgeon and trying on sizes so you can actually see what size you like.

Answer: Mini lift with fat transfers or small implants The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast surgery You do Need a lift. If you don’t get a lift the asymmetry you have will look even worse. I recommend the lollipop lift in your case.

Answer: Breast lift or BA Dear Energetic552352, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.
