Implant above the muscle - where can I find pictures?

I am sure that you will be able to find pictures online. I almost always place implants submuscular. It lowers the rate of capsular contracture significantly. In addition, it looks much more natural because the muscle provides covering over the implant so its not as round on the top. I've also noticed the implants drop less over time when they are protected under the muscle.

With a lift, the implants need to be placed behind the muscle for better support. Your now stretched and sagging skin may not be able to support the weight of implants even after a lift. If you insist of implants being in front of the muscles, then go with small implants.

Elite professional female body builders as a group have chosen overs under the mistaken impression that unders would affect there ability to build muscle. It simply isn’t true, and there are hundreds of body builders (and even stronger cross fitters) with unders doing just fine. In fact, if you could pick a body type worst suited for overs it would be that of elite body builders: no fat, no breasts. Visible and wrinkled implants. Aside from that, overs are at high risk for capsular contracture. My strong suggestion is go with unders.
