I have wanted to get a breast lift (no implants) for a very long time but I'm worried because I don'thave the most forgiving skin. By which I mean it scars very easily and takes a long time to heal. I may even be prone to keloid scars. I'd like to go through with the surgery but what can I do to before and after the surgery to prevent bad scarring?
