I have too much fat removed from lower eyelid. Now it’s bulging in pretarsal part with a deep crease above the hollow preseptal area. Eyelids are different and greatly affect my psychological well-being. Tried filler but didn’t work above the orbital rim and the crease is still in place. Also haven't seen good results with liquid fat grafting on the internet (above the bone). Seen results with pearl fat grafts behind the septum, but no one seems to do them anymore. What should I do?
