It appears your eyes are deeply set and your eyebrows are ptotic and too low. You would benefit from a browlift and possibly an upper blepharoplasty. You may also benefit from fat transposition into the hollow areas. This can be done by repeat lower blepharoplasty or fat injections.

It appears that you have deep set eyes and that your lower orbital rim is set slightly posterior to eyeball. Conservative augmentation of the area with micro and nano fat grafts would be my first suggestion. That requires an expert. Hope this helps.

I have a feeling the difference in outcome is based on your facial, skeletal asymmetry.
The orbital sockets often sit in a different position in relationship to each other, and the midface projection can also vary substantially. This a symmetry will show even if the surgery was done equally and evenly.
My best guess is that your left Mayar eminence is slightly lacking and projection. Midface restoration, especially on the left side is probably your best option, but that may be a lot to go through for managing slight asymmetry, which is inherent in all people.
My best guess is your surgeon did a far better job than you think and you’re a symmetry is simply showing itself in a way you were not expecting.
