For your question and the photographs. Based on what I can see, I don't believe that the V-Y or Bullhorn lip lift would be beneficial in your case in consideration of the fact that your upper lip / philtrum does not appear excessively long.If you wish to change possibly the dynamic of your smile, then potentially other solutions might have to be explored but it is my professional opinion that you are not a surgical patient yet.I hope it helps.Andrea MarandoPlastic and Cosmetic SurgeonManchester and London, UK
I think fillers place properly to your lips, around your mouth and chin will give your face a huge improvement without surgery. if you want a lift you can do a lift as well. start at home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (MTS roller with anteage MD ampules weekly, see linkt) should be started now to prevent further aging. daily hydration and plumping with lucy and co and restorsea lip magic should be used daily (see link). For facial rejuvenation, I would suggest a combination approach of 1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/halo Viva, Co2/Erbium4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months)Best, Dr. Emer.
Lip lift “M type vs Bullhorn”. Having done lip lifts for almost 50 years i never recommend the Bullhorn due to VERY BAD SCARS in the best hands. The M type does NOT have a bad scar by very experienced lip lift surgeons.
Greetings thanks for your question and photos, you are a perfect candidate for a liplift surgery to reduce the space between your nose and lips
Hi there, if you're aiming at the effect presented on the 2nd photo, bullhorn lip lift seems to be the best option. By shortening the philtrum, it raises central part of the lips. Of course qualification for this procedures is based on analysis of key parametres such as philtrum lenght, teeth...
Hi, You definitely do not need a lip lift at the moment in my opinion, You need slight nasal dorsal and glabeller augmentation and correction of nasal tip to give more definition. You may consider buccal fat pad removal to give better cheekbones definition and maybe a underchin lipo to increase...
