All people have asymmetrical faces.
The primary source of asymmetry is bone structure. Because asymmetry is normal, it should generally not be treated. Severe facial asymmetry is sometimes treated when the deviation is enough to be considered a disorder.
Mild asymmetry should not be treated
The human brain is accustomed to seeing people as asymmetrical. If you see, computer-generated symmetrical faces, they have an unfamiliar odd and unattractive appearance. This is probably because we’re not used to seeing people with symmetrical faces since they don’t exist in real life.
If your condition bothers you enough that you’re willing to have surgery, then you need to have consultations with craniofacial surgeons in your community.
I think reassurance is an order.
