Asymmetry in facial features, including eyes, is very common and can be attributed to a variety of factors, such as genetics, bone structure, muscle development, and even lifestyle habits. In your case, the elevated canine tooth could contribute to the asymmetry you’re observing.

Sometimes, dental issues or jaw misalignment can affect the way your face looks, including the positioning of your eyes. Additionally, differences in cheekbone height or muscle tone can also lead to uneven eyes.

It can be corrected surgically. You may need a blepharoplasty, brow lift or facial fat transfer. A consultation would be required to assess your face and eyes.

Neither the human face nor the human body is symmetrical.
During embryological development, the two sides of the face develop independently from each other, and eventually fused in the midline. The human face is not symmetrical on anyone, and most people have the same degree of asymmetry that you do.
This is normal
