Uneven eyes - what could be the cause? (Photo)

I want to know why I have uneven eyes I do have one of my k9 teeth that grew too high on the side of my face that has the higher eye but I am not sure if this could be the cause or if it’s just my cheek bone

In these photos it appears that you may have a condition called eyelid ptosis (droopy eyelid). It seem to be mild and only on the basis of in person evaluation this came be confirmed. Consultation with a board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon is recommended. Hope this helps.

Hi! This type of pigmentation/bumpiness is NOT normal and I would steer you away from seeing a cosmetic surgeon about this. I recommend consulting with dermatology to see if you need a biopsy and/or talk to oculoplastics to see if they have any idea about what this could be. This is not a case...

Based on these photos it appears that you have droopy eyelids, a condition known as eyelid ptosis. This can be corrected with surgery. In person consultation with a board certified plastic or Oculoplastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck

Even though your left brow is lower and consequently you have more hooding of your upper eyelid on that same side, I would recommend a blepharoplasty to address this asymmetry rather than a brow lift. Make sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon with a good eye for the best...
