So i went to an eye doctor and he told me i have euryblepharon and I was born with it but it really annoys me and it makes my eyes always red and teary and he told me only way to fix it is to get a skin graft from my earlobe or thigh and put it in the gap, but he told me theres a chance it wont be successful, so should i take the risk or not? And if a surgery like this is done before can i have before and after?

Answer: The skin graft is a terrible approach to fixing this in my opinion.
In these photos it appears that you may have a condition called eyelid ptosis (droopy eyelid). It seem to be mild and only on the basis of in person evaluation this came be confirmed. Consultation with a board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon is recommended. Hope this helps.
Each part of the face is always judged in context to the surrounding areas. Despite your desire to maintain anonymity, we need to see proper facial pictures to make a good assessment.
I suggest either re-posting with a set of proper facial pictures. You can look at how plastic surgeons take...
It’s difficult to give a definitive diagnosis of your facial skin lesion.
I suggest having a few in person, consultations with local dermatologist to get the ideology of this skin lesion.
Once you have a working diagnosis, you can consider treatment options.
