I am considering an upper blepharoplasty because of excess skin and fat on my eyelid and under my eyebrow. Does it look like I'm a candidate? And does the blepharoplasty remove fat under the eyebrow too? I'm not sure if this much fat under the eyebrow is normal but there's plenty to pinch and I notice that my eyebrows create a shadow on my eyes in certain lightings because there's so much excess bulk in that area, in addition to my hooded eyelids. Can the excess fat be transferred to the lower eyelid/tear trough area to correct a hollow under-eye/dark circles or is the fat transfer there typically done using fat from other places of the body?
