hi dr i have done my rhinoplasty in last march but straight away i noticed my eyes got smaller, i thought its swelling and i waited six months and still nothing changed my eyes is very small:(

In these photos it appears that you may have a condition called eyelid ptosis (droopy eyelid). It seem to be mild and only on the basis of in person evaluation this came be confirmed. Consultation with a board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon is recommended. Hope this helps.
