Hi. 49-yr old female, 23% body fat overall, active/ fitness instructor with a mostly clean diet. Over the past few years I've grown to hate my legs. They have become jiggly, dimpled and wavy. It would be one thing if I didn't have any muscle tone, but I actually have a lot-- my thigh muscles are quite large, in fact-- but it doesn't help their appearance. I've tried a few things over the past couple years... Qwo (minimal improvement), Morpheus 8 (just did the back of one leg, it looked better but was too painful to continue without sedation), Thermage (did absolutely nothing). I also did Airsculpt thinking it was fat, and that was a mistake. They removed a pound of fat from my flanks and inner thighs, and it caused some ripple irregularities plus I think made me gain fat on the anterior thigh. I'm hesitant to throw the kitchen sink at this and make things worse. Would Bodytite or something like Renuvion (or Renuvion with a little liposuction) be useful? Or am I doomed to have a thigh lift? Photos attached in natural light, fluorescent light and sunlight (which is really where it looks bad). I know aging is a privilege, but... surely something out there can improve this? Any help or opinions are appreciated!

You will likely get the best results from combining all 3 you listed. Start with liposuction, followed by Body tite to the upper part of your abdomen (above your belly button) and a mini tummy tuck to address lose skin below the belly button. We call this a RAMA (radiofrequency assisted mini...
BodyTite combined with liposuction will remove excess fat and give you some skin tightening. It is designed for those with mild to moderate skin laxity. Those with good skin elasticity have better results than those who do not. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.
