I am 39y.o had 4 kids. I am wondering if I am a good candidate for bodytite? Or should I go do lipo and mini tt? Or are there any other suggestions? I would really appreciate getting any advise

You will likely get the best results from combining all 3 you listed.  Start with liposuction, followed by Body tite to the upper part of your abdomen (above your belly button) and a mini tummy tuck to address lose skin below the belly button.  We call this a RAMA (radiofrequency assisted mini abdominoplasty) at our practice.

BodyTite may be a good option if you have mild to moderate skin laxity and localized fat, especially if you're looking for less downtime. When combined with liposuction, it can improve contour and skin tightening.

You appear to be a great candidate for a standard tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring.  Because you have had four children you most likely have muscle separation (diastasis recti) which can only be partially corrected with a mini tuck and not corrected at all by BodyTite.  A standard tuck will address the separation, and remove excess fat and skin.  The result will be smoother, tighter tummy.  I've included a video I hope you find helpful.
