Hi, I know this is a common feature most people have, but the fat pad on my chin sticks out highly when I smile, and droops a little from the bottom. I don’t have much of an issue with how it looks on the front of the chin, but I was wondering if that small portion below the chin could be removed, and if so, how? I’m also considering having a small double chin removal in the future, so I figure that would only make the appearance of the fat pad look worse.
