Does Bellafill really last for years? Looking for real results/feedback

Results from Bellafill can last for years.  Using Bellafill normally requires several treatment sessions spaced over time to give gradual improvement.  I would not recommend using Bellafill under the eyes however.  The skin is very thin in that area and it is possible to get permanent irregularities from Bellafill.  I think the hyaluronic acid products are much safer to use under the eyes.  You might want to try a longer lasting hyaluronic acid filler.  

Bellafill is an excellent long lasting filler and because it is long lasting, expertise is needed for its proper placement. This is a good question! Bellafill is a filler that is considered semi permanent.  The way that this works is that the collagen in the is dissolved in 3 months and the carrier PMMA remains behind.  Where this filler differs from other fillers is that the PMMA stimulated the fibroblasts in the skin to produce native collagen.  The native collagen is not resorbed.   It has not seen the issues of past collagen products (e.g. granulomas or reactions) like ArteColl or Silicone.  As the other posters have pointed out the filler provides long lasting results.  Speak to a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon for an in person evaluation.
