Question

Hey i got 330cc but my frame on top small.. but im.bigger on the bottom i wanted bigger but plastic surgeon told me 330. I just hope they dont go smaller than than this. Im post 4 days of op and my nipples still pointing downwards.

your final is not yet evident, it’s too early to provide any insight. My advice
to you would be to give your healing some time. If you are still concerned with
the appearance of your nipples after 6 weeks, contact your surgeon, so that he/she
can better address your concerns.

Hello Belgium. It's too early at 4 days and breast implants almost always look high and tight in the first month post-surgery. This is not your final result by any means. It's difficult to be specific but generally I would say it is too early to judge this. Many implants sit a little hight early on and this can make the nipples look a bit low. For now, I would stay  patient, discuss with your surgeon and see how things go for the next few weeks.

Thanks for your question and photo.  At 4 days post op, it is far too early to make any statements regrading your final result.  It is extremely common for the nipples to look a bit low and for there to be superior fullness early during healing.  Your implants will drop as the muscle and skin accommodates and stretches.  It can take up to 6 months for your final result to be reached, especially if your tissue was tight and you started with a smaller breast.  Give it time!  Best Regards

You are still very early in the healing process and how your breasts look now is not your final results, as your body is still healing and you are still recovering. It is normal for the implants to drop and it is advisable to wait for about 6 months after surgery to see your final results.

It is normal for your breasts to look odd early after surgery.  You should start seeing a difference  within the next 3 months as the implant will begin to settle into the pocket your surgeon made. It is still far too early in your post operative course to be concerned about the position of your nipples.  Implants typically sit high initially and drop over time.  As this happens you will likely see changes in the position of your nipple.  You likely also have post operative swelling that may influence where your nipple and areola sit.  My advice is to be a patient patient!  If there are still concerns after 3-6 months, discuss them with your surgeon.  Best of luck to you!
