Hi Robyn. I don't believe your breasts are saggy. I actually think you have a really beautiful result. Your breasts feature a well developed lower pole which is a trait a lot of models wish to acquire with breast augmentation. The one that comes to mind is Emily Ratajkowski. Congratulations on your recent surgery. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
Hello,You appear to have a nice result and limited sagging given the size of the breasts. All the best
Thank you for your question and pictures.Ptosis of the breast (or saggy breast) can have different degrees and happen when the brea or the nipples or both sit below the inframammary fold (the natural crease of the breast) and this does not appear to be the case for you so your breast are not saggy and you have a very nice result.RegardsMr Netri
HEALING AFTER BREAST SURGERY, AUGMENTATION, LIFTS1. pain is variable2. it takes 2-3 months for implants to settle and muscles to relax3. celebrex, motrin, and muscle relaxers can help4. massage and stretching may help5. everyone heals differently6. 4-7 days off from work is commonHEALING OF SENSORY NERVES: Tingling, burning or shooting pains, which will disappear with time and should not alarm you, indicate regeneration of the sensory nerves. If these sensations cause pain, repeated, local self-massage helps.ASYMMETRY: The two breasts commonly heal quite differently. One breast may swell more, feel more uncomfortable, or have a different initial shape. After complete healing, they will be more similar and natural. You must have patience, but if this causes concern, ask questions of the doctor or the nursing staff.SHAPE AND CONTOUR: The final shape of your breasts will start to look its best approximately three (3) months after surgery. It takes time for the skin and muscle to stretch and relax around the new implant. The breast will often look higher, firmer, and “less natural” in the first three (3) months. It can take up to a year to see your final result.FOLLOW-UP EXAMS: These are generally done in 1 week, 2 to 3 weeks, 3 to 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months to 1 year, and 1-2 year intervals. In our office we include all of your follow up appointments in the initial surgical fee.The best thing to do if you are worried about the healing process is to visit your surgeon for a follow-up appointment and have the area examined and make sure that everything is progressing as it should. Good luck.
It's early days, but you look like you are heading for a very nice result. Your implants look like they are sitting nicely and my only advice would be to try and maintain your result by wearing an well fitted bra most of the time. I would suggest that this is a good time to get fitted and your surgeon should be able to recommend someone locally.
Based on your pictures your breasts don't look saggy. If you think they are, it is advisable to wait for another 3 months to see your final results, as you are still in the healing process and you may still experience physical changes in your breasts as your body heals.
You are still early in post-op. When will I see final results for my breast augmentation ? The change is immediate. The should expect the skin to soften and the implant to settle at about three months after surgery.best of luck!!
It is difficult to comment on your pics without seeing a preop but to be honest it looks like you have a good result.
Your breasts look very nice and do not look like they are sagging. Best of luck with your results!....
Thanks for the great question and the photos. Looking at your photos it appears as though the implant is in a good position on your chest wall with the implant centered beneath your nipple. Typically if the implant is malpositioned, it will give the illusion of the nipple being too high on the affected side. Overall it looks like you have a great result!~Dr. Sieber
Thanks for your question. I do not actually recommend doing a nipple piercing at the same time as your breast augmentation. I suggest waiting until you are healed from your augmentation for a nipple piercing. In theory, a Plastic Surgeon can do this, but most likely they will not do it at th...
Hello! Thank you for the question! The typical incision used for breast augmentation are: inframammary (in the fold beneath your breast), periareolar (at the border of the areola), axillary (within the armpit crease), and TUBA (through the umbilicus). Incision placement will do a lot with your ...
Hello, its common to have swelling that is still resolving during this time. Its also common to see changes in the nipple areolar complex. These changes usually soften with time...but you can have remaining changes to the area just due to the implant and pressure that it adds.
