I had my breast augmentation 7 days ago. I have a lot of persistent pain especially in my right breast day 5-6-7 I noticed that I have a Swelling in the middle area of the chest, and it's getting yellow/green color. may you help me please?

The green yellow color is a resolving bruise, which is normal.  It is very difficult to tell anything from these photographs.  At 1 week after surgery what yu are describing sounds normal.

Based on reviewing your photograph, I agree.  There is nothing of concern that I can see.  The discoloration is a resolving bruise or bruised area in that area between the breasts.  Make sure you follow up with your plastic surgeon and follow the aftercare recommendations of your plastic surgeron. I hope this helps!

Its difficult to tell from your photographs alone but what you describe sounds very normal one week after breast augmentation surgery.  The yellow and green color is simply bruising which is expected after surgery.  You should start to see the bruising resolve and the discomfort begin to dissipate over the coming few days.  Be patient.

This is a typical appearance of a resolving bruise. Nothing suggests any sort of troublesome issue in this photo. It is always better to ask your own surgeon about postop issues.  It is an integral part of your care, and you've paid for it. All the best.
