1 yr post op Breast augmentation, the scarring looks pretty bad. Any suggestions? (photos)

I had my breast augmentation done almost a year ago and I'm happy with my results other then the scaring which looks pretty bad and more noticeable then I had expected. I've tried rushing scar away patches as well as massaging with bio oil but that only seemed to help the pigmentation. There's a lot of texture when I touch the scars and some places seem to be hard not sure if it's the stitches not fully disolved or not. I haven't been able to get in touch with my doctor in about 6 months nkt sure why.

I agree with the other surgeons who have responded that 4 weeks out is too early to accurately judge breast implant results. But there are several things that suggest this will need surgical repair: The abrupt contour change on the bottom of the breast. That indentation looks like a transition...

 An untreated seroma after a breast augmentation increases the risk of capsular contracture in the future. Almost all should be surgically drained. Do you have a texturized implant?

Swelling is common after a breast augmentation and occasionally, you may experience weird or painful sensations. However, since you are worried about this and experiencing it all day, it's best to go see your operating surgeon so you can be properly examined in person. Good luck!

Different surgeons have different preferences regarding post-op care after breast augmentation. If you are comfortable with your plastic surgeon, and allow the procedure to be done, then follow their advice. As far as 300 cc implants providing enough lift for you, I cannot answer that question...

I do understand your frustration, but you're still very young. Your breasts will continue to grow at least until age 18 after puberty and maturation. All the best.

I recomment you don't use saline implants, they have multiple and serious disadvantages compared with the modern cohesive silicone gel-filled models.I recomment the macrotextured implants with maximum adherence.If you want them to look fake do use the round profile models.
