I had my breast augmentation done almost a year ago and I'm happy with my results other then the scaring which looks pretty bad and more noticeable then I had expected. I've tried rushing scar away patches as well as massaging with bio oil but that only seemed to help the pigmentation. There's a lot of texture when I touch the scars and some places seem to be hard not sure if it's the stitches not fully disolved or not. I haven't been able to get in touch with my doctor in about 6 months nkt sure why.

I agree with the other surgeons who have responded that 4 weeks out is too early to accurately judge breast implant results.
But there are several things that suggest this will need surgical repair:
The abrupt contour change on the bottom of the breast. That indentation looks like a transition...
An untreated seroma after a breast augmentation increases the risk of capsular contracture in the future. Almost all should be surgically drained. Do you have a texturized implant?
It certainly is normal to have some sharp pains and aches
this soon after surgery. It can last up to 6 months and in some cases longer as
scar tissue re-models and softens. As always go see your surgeon if you feel it
is out of the normal type of pain.
