I have a granuloma in my lip appearing after 6-24 months of filler injection. I tried hyaluronidase to dissolve it and it won't go away. Does it go away by itself after a certain period of time since I do not want to go to an excision procedure? My doctor tried fluorouracil 2 days ago and the results aren't shown yet, how much time does it need for fluorouracil to take its effect in the granuloma. Thank you .

Fillers can be used to evert the lip as well as add volume to the lips. In some cases, adding Botox/Dysport to the treatment plan can help further evert the lip, the so called "lip flip". I recommend you see an experienced aesthetic physician for a detailed in person evaluation.
Hi Charaf. The x-rays you are planning should not affect your lip filler. Typically the two things that can affect the lip filler are time and Hyaluronidase, an enzyme that dissolves the filler. Best of luck.
