First, I’m sorry to hear about this occurance, granulomas are a person’s own&nbsp;reaction to foreign substance and they occur more frequently than you think. I have seen them more with non-HA lip fillers.&nbsp;Serial steroid injections (kenalog) and fluorouracil injections&nbsp;are the mainstay In&nbsp;shrinking these granulomas down to a minimum, but not 100% proven either..Stay patient and with time , they will likely improve...keep in touch with your cosmetic physician, excision should be your last choice. I have a granuloma in my lip appearing after 6-24 months of filler injection. I tried hyaluronidase to dissolve it and it won't go away. Does it go away by itself after a certain period of time since I do not want to go to an excision&nbsp;procedure? My doctor tried fluorouracil 2 days ago and the results aren't shown yet, how much time does it need for fluorouracil to take its effect in the granuloma. Thank you&nbsp;.&nbsp;

Botox is always the easiest way to freshen you up, and a good place to start, done by an experienced injector of course. Next,&nbsp;I would address the midface and lateral&nbsp;cheek area with a product like radiesse or voluma to give you a more youthful appearance and help with the undereye tear trough line.&nbsp;Meanwhile you can use PRP and a&nbsp;product like Sculptra to help naturally build collagen and address volume loss over the long run. Hello, I was looking for some advice pretty please ...as to what to have done. I was going to start with the forehead and brow area (Botox). The main area the bugs me though is under the eye I have strongs creases especially when I smile ... I had a consultations before and they said a PDO thread? If that’s true could I have this in my forehead too instead of Botox (kill two birds with one stone?) Anything else I could do for a natural enhancement? Thank you kindly :-)

prp/prf&nbsp;is a great long term(2-5 years)solution in helping the body stimulate collagen , but it take a series of 3-6 treatments to visually see results. HA filler is a great short term (1 year)&nbsp;solution for the undereye. In combination, they work best to give you both. If immediate&nbsp;Cost is an issue, then go with the HA filler, but knowing that you will probably pay More in the long term with using short term solutions. Cheers from vegas.

Cost is a big factor so I don’t want to spend extra funds if there are not significant benefits.

Combination therapy is always best using fillers, lasers, topical skincare. Fillers are a&nbsp;good place to start to add&nbsp;volume. I would use a smooth fine filler such as classic restalyne or Belotero performed by an experienced injector. Cheers&nbsp;from sin city.

Hello! I kind of feel awkward asking this because I’m a 26 y.o. male, but I’ve have dark hollow eyes for awhile now and they seem to be getting worse... I have a wedding coming up and someone recommended that I look into getting fillers for under my eyes. Would really like some advise and recommendations before going through with it. lumps and bumps are quite common after lip filler injections, they usually resolve within a few weeks with mild massage. You can dissolve these lumps very quickly with hyaluronidase if a hyaluronic acid (restalyne/juvederm/revanesse) filler was used, but I would wait at least 2 weeks. All clinics or injectors using such product should have the reversing agent on standby at all times. Good luck from sin city .

it's been 4 days since my procedure I have 2 really big hard bumps on my lips I had revanesse versa injected in my lips. yes I have been massaging them constantly but I'm worried I might have been botched. will the clinic fix this issue ???

I think PRP is a great idea for your case to build collagen and help fill the tear trough,&nbsp;but will need at least 3 sessions about 4-6 weeks apart to start with, and probably 4-6 sessions overall. The results will be long term meaning a few&nbsp;years, and&nbsp;you will require ongoing maintenance sessions 1-2 times per year to keep desired results. I would also combine PRP with ultrasound&nbsp;&nbsp;and radiofrequency for best results. Good luck from Las Vegas .

I have horrible hollowing and within the past month and a half I’ve had 2 syringes (whatever amount that come in them anyway) of volbella in my eye troughs. I STILL have this hallowed look. My most recent was one week ago today (my photo was taken today). My plastic surgeon told me about prp. How many treatments will I need? Will it help my problem? How soon will I see benefits? He’s just starting this in his practice and I would be the first which Is why I’m asking this here.

Botox has no systemic effect and hence will never effect your organs. Your are safe to proceed. Best of luck.

Swelling is common after fillers, I would allow 1-2 weeks before judging final results.
It is also possible you may&nbsp;have had an allergic response to HA fillers;&nbsp;anti-histamines,&nbsp;short course&nbsp;steroids (prednisone), and icing will help alleviate symptoms.&nbsp;
You can try a different kind of filler or collagen stimulator next time, such as Radiesse (Ca+ based) or Sculptra .

No need to worry, I have never seen or heard of such an event. The needles used for Botox are very small and hence induce minimal trauma to skin. Your forehead should respond nicely to Botox with an experienced injector. The brow area should be injected as well for best result. Good luck from Las Vegas.&nbsp;

The under-eye might be one of the trickiest parts of the face to treat. Fillers are generally not a good choice for bags, since bags are&nbsp;fat pad protrusion, and fillers might actually make them worse.&nbsp;Tear troughs are quite variable and come with different lines and shadows. The "gold standard" has supposedly been Regular RESTALYNE because of its flexibility and support (G-prime) profile, but i have seen great results with BELOTERO. I typically avoid the vycross products (volbella, volume, volume) but have seen success in some cases. The injection should usually be deep and product placed over the bone, and usually only need ONE syringe for both sides.&nbsp;With an experienced injector and conservative approach, I am sure you will be happy with end result.
