I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Appears the fat was transferred into the posterior thighs or banana rolls. Then it started to grow! I would like to see before photos of your posterior areas before this touch up then I could offer a suggestions to treat. I think superficial lipo sculpting with specialized taping could improve. Fees in $6000 ranges.

I’m assuming you must’ve spoken about your concerns before your revision. Without being context to what your concerns were or what your surgeon was trying to accomplish it’s impossible to address your question. You also need to post proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have those then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took from both of your previous procedures.

I suggest you discuss and bring up your concerns with your provider.
