Hi, thank you for sharing your question. It is difficult to say how many liters of fat can suctioned based on photos. A rough guess would be between 2-3 liters of fat.
Hello @MR2212, thank you for your question. The amount of fat that can be transferred to the buttocks depends not only on the patient's weight and height, but also on the amount of fat that can be reserved for the buttocks, along with the desired outcome. For more information and recommendations, it is prudent to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS.
Dear MR2212,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
From your photos, approximately 4 Liters of fat aspirate can be removed using VASER liposuction. Please consider a consultation from a high def VASER liposuction provider.
Your question it’s a bit out of context and in many ways pointless. To start with the need to define what areas are being treated.Volume removed is not a good indicator of Liposuction results and volumes and people who are not obese tend to be quite modest. When doing liposuction the product removed it’s a combination of numbing solution and fat and providers are not consistent when people talk about or describe volumes if the volume includes the numbing solution or if it’s the pure fat amount. on top of this the separation of fat from aqueous solution requires a centrifuge or many hours of gravity separation and so even if an estimate is given at what percentage represented water and what percentage was fat it is never all that accurate unless they aspirate is properly processed or allowed to sit long enough to completely separate. In regards to total aspirate of which fat can be anywhere from 30% to 90% the front of the abdomen will probably deliver just under a liter. Love handles. Waist, back and Under arm area will probably add an additional 800 mL per side making the total torso just under 2 1/2 L. Upper extremities could probably deliver 400 mL per side and lower extremities twice that amount. The amount removed is fairly irrelevant to quality results. The single most important variable when considering Liposuction is finding the most talented and experienced provider.Do this by having multiple in person consultations at which time you ask each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures for the areas interested in being treated. being shown sample pictures which most likely represent the best results of each provider‘s career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of an average results look like.An experienced provider should have no difficulty showing you at least 50 sets of before and after pictures for commonly treated areas like the abdomen.Have the provide show as many pictures as possible of patients with similar body characteristics to your own.Look carefully at the after pictures for any evidence of contour irregularities of the skin and ask the provider to differentiate and show you what areas were treated versus untreated so you can see carefully at the transition zone from treated to untreated areas.Delivering consistent quality liposuction results is more difficult than most people believe. Results are permanent and irreversible.Find the right provider and everything will fall into place.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photos, I note a degree of lower abdominal fullness as well as fullness of the flanks. The buttocks are relatively small-normal. Without a physical examination, I am unable to determine if the abdominal fullness is due to the presence of a fat repository or if your abdominal musculature has been stretched out by previous pregnancy. From height and weight information provided, your BMI is 24.61, at the high end of "normal". It is not possible to estimate the amount of fat to be removed at liposuction as we don't know the shape of your underlying musculo-skeleton. Again, physical examination is required. However, based upon height and weight data, I think it will potentially significantly change your body contour.Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...
In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we...
Based on your pictures, you are a candidate for a Brazilian butt lift with the goal of reshaping your buttocks and lateral hips rather than augmenting or reducing. The optimal BBL revision outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat since your fat has already been...
Hi, thank you for sharing your question. The reason behind this bulge is difficult to discern through the photos. It may be focal fat, abdominal wall laxity or a hernia. If it is truly fat, liposuction will be more effective than Emsculpt.
