I would like to know if I can get a BBL with hemoglobins trait. I cannot find articles about it anywhere?
Answer: Can I get a BBL if I have the hemoglobin trait? While sickle cell trait is the most common trait, there are many other traits as well – such as C trait, E trait, D trait or U (unknown) trait. If you have concerns about the hemoglobin trait or any other blood disorder, you will need to consult with your hematologist and obtain clearance before consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear kjeuitt1, you will need to get a clearance from your hematologist prior to surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
