Could a second round of BBL correct my square-shaped butt? (Photos)

If you are more unhappy with your buttock after round one BBL then you may want to think twice before you return to undergo the same exact procedure and expect a different outcome.  Round one BBL usually has the best chance for success and additional rounds typically produce  diminishing returns.  if you want a more reliable, relatively safe and permanent option to make and you’re buttock more rounded and perky you may want to consider buttock implants. The buttocks can be reshaped with a combination of liposuction and fat grafting to that area.  Squats and lunges after BBL will increase muscle bulk and definition, which is probably a good thing if you are looking to achieve a more projected, lifted buttock.  However, just make sure that the body fat percentage is held in check or you will lose some of the fat. 

Thank you for your question and photos. A side view would've been helpful. Based on these photos, you do not need more fat into the buttocks, but you do need a lot of shaping of the whole buttocks. You will also need liposuction of your full back, upper hips, lower back fat pad and removal of the rolls (inadequately done liposuction). The solution to your problem is to do a liposuction which is going to shape your body. The problem is that it is going to reduce the volume although not too much. Regarding the wholes, superficial liposuction might help. The other solution in order to not reduce the volume is to do another session of fat transplantation, but I can not be sure about it if I do not know exactly your goals and preferences.

It would be very helpful is we could see your preop photos also. Even without these it does seem to me if you have additional fat that could be transferred , I think adding some more fat laterally and posteriorly between the two "points" of the square look, it would improve and help round out your look. Get some in person consults  before proceed. Good luck.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You need to post before and after pictures so we have some idea of the changes created from your procedure. I think you need to be very clear on exactly what you’re trying to achieve.I suggest following up with your provider and discussing your concerns with him or her. That is the first place to start.your results have nothing to do with your compression garment. Compression garments cannot change someone’s fat distribution. The results are a direct reflection of your individual candidacy for the procedure and how the procedure was performed.Some people are better candidates for certain types of results than others.Discuss with your provider.
