Can my bbl asymmetry/blowout be fixed? (photo)

These revision surgeries after a previous BBL can prove challenging.  Without viewing before and after photos or knowing how much fat was injected, it is difficult to provide specific reasons for your results.  Recovery from lipo and BBL is patient dependent. Much of this depends upon the surgeon's technique, the amount of liposuction performed, and the amount of fat transferred. A revision implies that scar tissue will make the surgery much more difficult on the revision surgeon. Recommend that you wait six months before scheduling your revision with the PS who performed your procedures.

It is always unpredictable when it comes to survival of fat grafts, volume and shape wise. One has to wait at least 6-8 months, possibly longer, to determine whether additional correction may be needed. In your case I would wait at least few months before correction; this should include both liposuction and fat grafting of areas in question. Good luck.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.
