I have previously had a BBL last year in September. However I am not completely satisfied with the results as I want more hips, a more rounded look to my butt, vaser and abs etching. So I decided to put back on a few lbs. I'm not sure if I have enough fat to get the results that I’d like. As well, I am not quite sure what doctor I should go to as yet. I am moreso leaning towards getting it done in either the DR, Colombia, or Mexico because theyre experts in giving snatched/exaggerated curves.
Answer: Round 2 BBL for “exaggerated curves”? First, make sure you understand that when you lose the weight after BBL so do you lose that fat transferred into the butt and hip areas. Second, although there are very good plastic surgeons in the D.R., Columbia, and Mexico, understand the reason for their often produced “exaggerated curves” is not so much from fat transfer but rather from large volume (non-FDA approved) fillers injected such as hydrogels, silicone, PMMA, and the like. All of these permanent fillers eventually lead to disastrous consequences. So, just be safe and make sure to know what you are getting yourself into.

Answer: Is a round 2 bbl going to give me my desired results? Going for a DR “vixen” look! (Photos) If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same. Liposuction can create a dramatic improvement in the way a person looks. It will not alter the underlying musculoskeletal anatomy. Very little can alter this parameter. Make sure the exaggerated curves are the result of fat harvest and transfer. Best to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation of your fat stores.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Adventurous3637, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: BBL Yes you will have plenty of fat for a successful surgery. The most important part is consulting a skilled, board certified plastic surgeon who will keep your goals in mind, while avoiding in possible post-op complications. Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons. A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a BBL specialist can help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
