I really want to get my butt as big as possible! Am I a good candidate? How much would it be to perform surgery as I am now? I am looking to get a perfect hourglass figure, with a tiny waist, and a round bottom!

A good candidate has enough fat available for transfer in the procedure. The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. It is recommended for the patient to have a BMI of 30 or less. If you are too thin, a Brazilian Butt Lift may not be possible.A Brazilian Butt Lift starts at 6,500, and varies depending on the number of areas treated, treatment length, and complexity of the procedure.

You would do best with liposuction 360 degrees (abdomen, back, waist, upper hips, arms and medial thighs) and fat grafting to the buttocks. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. The cost of surgery depends on a lot of factors (type of surgery, number of treated areas, anesthesia fee, surgeon, facility fee, city, etc.). In LA area, BBL typically ranges from 8K-12K depending on how much liposuction needs to be done to get enough fat. It would be the best to visit or call plastic surgery offices and ask for a price.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo.

You can go as large as you want. If you have your BBL with a VASER specialist, you can get upto 1200cc of fat for each buttocks using your own fat. If you want more volume than that, you can even consider a buttocks implant. The largest buttocks volume increase I have performed is 2100cc per cheek. A consultation with a buttocks augmentation specialist who performs VASER liposuction is critical for you.
