A good candidate has enough fat available for transfer in the procedure. The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. It is recommended for the patient to have a BMI of 30 or less. The cost is variable, and is different from surgeon to surgeon, also from city to city. The most important is to get a consultation with a Board Certifed Plastic Surgeon, you will get an evaluation of your case, you can meet the surgeon to have a better idea about the procedure and the cost for your case.

I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. The cost of surgery depends on a lot of factors (type of surgery, number of treated areas, anesthesia fee, surgeon, facility fee, city, etc.). In LA area, BBL typically ranges from 8K-12K depending on how much liposuction needs to be done to get enough fat. It would be the best to visit or call plastic surgery offices and ask for a price.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo.

Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.

You can go as large as you want. If you have your BBL with a VASER specialist, you can get upto 1200cc of fat for each buttocks using your own fat. If you want more volume than that, you can even consider a buttocks implant. The largest buttocks volume increase I have performed is 2100cc per cheek.
