I feel like maybe I should lose weight in my stomach a little before I move it to my butt. I also think my legs are very very skinny and could look funny if the butt is done too large, though I would want to be very curvy?

Answer: Balance your shape with liposuction If your skin characteristics are favorable, you would do very well with an aggressive torso liposculpture to thin your waist and reduce the upper hip regions to shape this area. If your thighs and legs are thin, enhancing your buttock volume may work against your curves by shifting too much volume to the buttocks. Balance your figure with natural curves. . . this is what I recommend.

Answer: Ideal Body Weight Thank you for your question and photos! Ideally, patients are to have a BMI of 30 or less before the procedure. If you have fat transferred from your abdomen to your buttock and lose weight then your butt will change in size with the rest of your body (smaller). I wish you the best of luck and encourage you to be the closest to your goal body weight. Be sure to visit with an ASPS certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in BBL's.
