Could I get a BBL if I did Sculptra first?

Hi doctors, I'm wondering if it is possible to do a bbl after sculptra injections if I wasn't happy with the latter. Or would I have to wait until after they wear off ? Thank you in advance!

Yes, you can do fat grafting to the buttocks after sculptura. However, sculptura will be very expensive and have minimal results compared to fat grafting. I would only consider temporary fillers for a BBL if I had absolutely no fat to donate.

Yes, you can have a BBL following Sculptra injections.  You should see a more dramatic improvement following fat transfer than you did with the Sculptra.  Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss options and your expectations.  Good Luck!!
