Hello I did my primary rhinoplasty 1 year ago I have now open roof deformity low bridge projected tip and nostrils showing My question is can we widen nasal side wall by only 0.5 mm when we fix open roof deformity? Can i be that specific and ask for only 0.5 mm And can i elevate the bridge by only 1 mm I also want to derotate the tip and deproject the tip . Is this make the tip wider ?
