Do I need revision rhinoplasty? (Photo)

I had my procedure back in Nov 2020 and I’m not happy with the results. It appears that the left side of my nose has a partial collapse. I can’t recall how many times I have been to see my surgeon to get this sorted. but all he has done so far is give me steroid injections. He says I have scar tissue that is pulling the skin inwards but after 3 years I really just want this sorted. Should I be getting revision rhinoplasty or will the steroid injections work?

Where are you getting the steroid injections, inside or outside the nose? It doesn't make sense to me why injections outside the nose would help with collapse... if anything that could make the collapse worse. If you have scar tissue inside the nose that is perhaps holding the nostril closed, that might be another thing but it's hard to tell from these photos alone.

If you have had a result like this for >3 years, I don't anticipate you are going to see substantial improvements at this point without another surgery.

Based on your limited photos, you appear to have an indentation along the left side of your bridge. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for achieving a straighter nasal appearance without the inconvenience and expense of further surgery.
