Is a revision rhinoplasty possible?

Hello. I'm 22 years old and I got a rhinoplasty when I was 15 years old by a popular surgeon. He completely botched my nose and the tip is over projected and overturned. I've been putting off fixing it because i'm scared to get it botched again. I've attached pictures and am wondering if the tip can be lowered and if there is any risk. (First is before, the rest of the pics are after the surgery). Thank you!

I agree that your nose is over projected, which is a relatively common issue after rhinoplasty because surgeons are focused on a sculpted tip more than optimizing tip projection. Deprojecting the nose and slightly lengthening the nose Woukd be a straightforward revision rhinoplasty that I have done successfully many times.

The photographs presented demonstrate an overly-projecting nose with a hanging columella, and an under-projecting chin. A Closed rhinoplasty with a columella plasty can accomplish decreasing  theprojection and rotation of your nose and reduce the hanging columella. Strongly consider placement of a chin implant  to augment your weak chin profile for better facial balance and proportions. Placement of the chin implant will help make your nose look less projecting from the side profile.
