Hello i did rhinoplasty 10 months ago I want to do revision rhinoplasty after 3 months But my dorsum nose contain calcium hydroxyapatite filler or PLLA filler (long lasting filler that cannot be dissolved by hyaluridase) a So can we remove this filler during revision rhinoplasty ?is it easy process to remove it and put instead my own cartilage ?

I would try Kenalog first to see if it’s possible to shrink the area. It’s possible that there is still some residual swelling 2 years post op. Otherwise, you can try filler or a revision rhinoplasty.

I can fully understand what kind of change you want. Cartilage grafting is necessary for such changes, and diced rib cartilage grafting is believed to be best for more effective changes. I do not recommend fillers due to concerns about side effects and absorption.
