Can I remove a filler during revision rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Hello i did rhinoplasty 10 months ago I want to do revision rhinoplasty after 3 months But my dorsum nose contain calcium hydroxyapatite filler or PLLA filler (long lasting filler that cannot be dissolved by hyaluridase) a So can we remove this filler during revision rhinoplasty ?is it easy process to remove it and put instead my own cartilage ?

I would try Kenalog first to see if it’s possible to shrink the area. It’s possible that there is still some residual swelling 2 years post op. Otherwise, you can try filler or a revision rhinoplasty. I hope this helps, Best of luck !

Implant deviation does not seem trivial. It is obviously deviated to one side. Repeated deviation of the implant is often caused by asymmetry of the nasal bone, and the degree of asymmetry must be determined through nasal CT. If the asymmetry is confirmed, then, the use of 3D-printed implant...

I can fully understand what kind of change you want. Cartilage grafting is necessary for such changes, and diced rib cartilage grafting is believed to be best for more effective changes. I do not recommend fillers due to concerns about side effects and absorption.
