Is this bone bump something that can be rasped down? (Photo)

Based on your photos, you appear to have thin nasal skin and an indentation along your lower right nasal sidewall. The indentation is the reason why the bump is more visible on your right three quarter view and right profile view. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered to fill the sidewall indentation and to camouflage your small nasal bump.

These things are related to the previous surgery. I recommend you revision rhinoplasty surgery for gain more beautiful, elegant and fit for your face size.
