Should I go to a different surgeon for my second revision? (photos)

I'm 6 months post-op and this is my second revision rhinoplasty. First revision the implant was moving. Now, after the second revision it's mostly in place but is still leaning on one side. It's discouraging as I will have to endure another surgery because of this and another ear cartilage will be harvested. My surgeon harvested twice from one ear and it now hurts more at slight impact. It's depressing.
