Is there any risk in SculpSure causing cancer?

There is no evidence that Sculpsure causes cancer. Keep in mind, a combination of treatments is needed for best results with Sculpsure. I recommend combining Sculpsure with Vanquish and Venus Legacy/Exilis Ultra treatments. A VASER hi definition procedure would give you the best results with fat removal but would require more downtime. There have been no reports of cancer associated with sculpsure. The laser has been out only 2 years, so 5 year data is not known. 

There is no risk of developing cancer from SculpSure.  As the other doctors mentioned, the laser frequencies used is not the type of radiation that is associated with cancer.  In fact, lasers are often used to treat certain types of cancer.

SculpSure uses heat to melt the fat cells in the targeted area, not radiation. The latter is what can cause a mutation in your cells. There is no risk of developing cancer from your SculpSure treatments. Hope this helps.

SculpSure laser technology was FDA approved 2 years ago for fat removal. This type of laser technology has been around for several years in other fields in medicine. Other lasers do not cause cancer. SculpSure bypasses the skin and nerves and targets only fat cells. The cells are destroyed and removed from the body through the lymphatics.  
There are other procedures that lead to cancer. One of those things are tanning beds. They will cause changes in the skin. People in their 20's who use tanning beds have a greater risk of skin cancer than those that never use tanning beds. 
Avoid cancer risk by living a healthy clean life , meaning wear sunscreen, exercise daily, eat non-processed food and be happy.
