Can an area look more fat after a 2nd SculpSure treatment at the 6 wks mark if exercise and diet are maintained as always?

I think doing the second treatment at six weeks is OK, but if you were pretty thin to begin with, you could have waited the full 12 weeks, because that is the time when you see final results. Now you should just wait another 12 weeks and evaluate final results from your second treatment.  If there are continuing issues that concern you, your plastic surgeon can address them.  If loose skin occurs, there are skin tightening treatments available.  

Keep in mind, you may have swelling which may last for 3-6 months after Sculpsure. A combination of treatments is needed for best results with Sculpsure. I recommend combining Sculpsure with Vanquish and Venus Legacy/Exilis Ultra treatments. A VASER hi definition procedure would give you the best results with fat removal and athletic definition but would require more downtime.
