QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Is there any risk in SculpSure causing cancer?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Sculpsure uses heat not any radiation. Radiation can cause generic changes in your cells. Therefore there are not any cancer risks with Sculpsure.

Does timing between 1st and 2nd treatments for SculpSure make a difference in terms of better results?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
  • Due to your body type you will see great results. One treatment may be all you need. But if you are not where you would like to be in 4 to 6 weeks, then proceed with your second treatment. Remember your body will continue to expel the dead fat cell for up to 12 weeks post treatment.
  • Daily massage is beneficial.

How long does it take to see results after Sculpsure, and how soon can you have a second procedure?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

This is completely dependent on your own body. Your body decides how fast it disposes of your dead fat cells. Everyone’s body metabolizes these cells differently and while you should start seeing results around 6 weeks after your first treatment, you might not see your final results until about 12 weeks out. Some patients have noticed results as early as 2 weeks.

I recommend detox diet, hydration, lymphatic massage to ensure mamimum results.

You may now have a second treatment done within 4 weeks instead of 6-8 weeks.

How does the SculpSure applicator work?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Our applicator uses light energy at a wavelength of 1060nm, to safely enter a laser beam of heat energy below your dermis to find your fat cells without harming any of your surrounding tissues. Once this energy reaches your fat cells, it attacks them with high temperatures (45 degrees C) to kill and liquify your fat cells.

Can Sculpsure treatment be used for inner and outer thighs?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Yes Sculpsure can be used on both inner and outer thighs.  Sculpsure can be used on posterior thighs to accentuate glutes. I have seen great results with my patients in these areas. With some skin tightening as well.

What risks are involved with Sculpsure? Does it provide any amount of skin tightening and should areas with scars be avoided?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Generally, no, but we can’t guarantee you won’t experience any slight swelling, tingling, redness, or tenderness after your session. If you do experience these minor symptoms, they’ll likely go away within a few hours up to 2 days. We’re here to discuss any concerns you may have at your free consultation. Although sculpsure  is not a skin tightening device, skin tightening is accomplished through melting elastin bonds and new elastin bonds forming in the skin. Yes scars will be avoided during treatment.

What can be expected from the first SculpSure treatment?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

This is completely dependent on your own body. Your body decides how fast it disposes of your dead fat cells. Everyone’s body metabolizes these cells differently and while you should start seeing results around 6 weeks after your first treatment, you might not see your final results until about 12 weeks out. SculpSure treatments do require some patience but the benefits far outweigh the extra time.*

Who is the ideal candidate for Sculpsure?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Do you have fat pockets like a muffin top or flab in trouble areas that you’d like reduced? Are you willing to wait a few weeks to see some results? If so, we think you’d be a great candidate for SculpSure. We don’t usually recommend our SculpSure treatment for obese individuals as you’d be required to have multiple treatments and lots of patience to wait for the extra fat to be reduced but should you be in that situation and willing to have realistic expectations, we can examine you and come up with a treatment goal. SculpSure is a treatment that can be effective for almost anyone.
