Couldn't Ultherapy be used to create a smaller nose? (photo)

Was recently introduced to ultrathereapy for fat reduction and skin tightening. Just looking at pics on the internet of the nasal differences, couldn't this also be used to reduce the size or appearance of a nose?

There is no way theoretically or not that Ultherapy could do what you are asking.  The nose is made of bone and cartilage that requires surgery to mold and shape in the right contours.  If you had bulbous skin, like sebaceous hyperplasia, then lasers can be used to shape the nose and that is a different procedure for Rhinophyma.  I suggest a formal consultation with an expert in lasers and fillers on this area to determine if something noninvasive can be done or if surgery is your only option.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Ultherapy uses microfocused ultrasound to heat deeper skin structures to induce skin tightening.  I don't believe it would do anything to reduce the size of a nose.

Ultherapy is not approved for this indication. It is unlikely that it would help and it is more likely that unexpected unsatisfactory outcomes might follow. Noses typically do not have much fat under the skin. Ultherapy is not suitable for use on cartilage or bone.
