Was recently introduced to ultrathereapy for fat reduction and skin tightening. Just looking at pics on the internet of the nasal differences, couldn't this also be used to reduce the size or appearance of a nose?

Ultherapy treatments should not have any affect on your dental implants. It can be said, however, that you may experience a temporary increase in sensitivity when receiving the ultrasound directly over the implants. Be sure to notify your Ultherapist for the best possible treatment.
Not sure why you would even want to do Ulthera if you plan to keep that much facial hair. You have a very thin face and would probably benefit more from filling than Ulthera.
