Great question! Yes you can have fillers such as juvederm injected into the labia to create more volume and fullness. Kybella is also great to remove the excess fatty tissue in the mons region. Both these treatments will provide a subtle change. If you're looking for something more dramatic you may need to do several treatments to proceed with a surgical treatment such as liposuction to the mons region and fat injection into the labia for a more permanent type result.Best of luck and hope this information helps!- Dr. Roger Tsai @DrRogerTsaiBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon
yes we use fillers in this area all the time including fat injections/ALMI procedure. PRP and stem cells can also be used to give improvement in sexual gratification. Best, Dr. Emer.
Fillers can be used for other parts of the body rather than the face but there are new non surgical treatment for vaginal rejuvenation that may provide longer lasting results. I've included a video below I hope you find helpful. ThermiVa and Aviva Nonsurgical Labiaplasty are options you can consider.
It is possible to use Juvederm to enhance the labia and Kybella to reduce the mons pubis. However, it may take more than one treatment of Kybella to achieve the desired result. Further, the Juvederm injection will need to be repeated every year or two to maintain the effect. If this is the case, the cost difference between the injections and a minor surgery - liposuction of the mons and fat transfer to the labia - may be minimal. Check with a board certified plastic surgeon for their opinion as to which option may be in your best long term interest. Best wishes, Dr. Lepore.
Heklo, you sure have some lumps, some visible and some not. I would gently massage those areas to smooth the lumps out. It is not unreasonable to ask your physician to dissolve out some of the filler but keep in mind that it may take away more volume than you expect.
Taking Advil a few days before your treatment can cause more bleeding and bruising. I recommend taking Tylenol for pain during this time until after your treatment. If you have already taken Advil before your treatment, just make your provider aware. Hope this helps.
If interested in your cheek and volumizing I would strongly recommend the two syringes of Lyft. There is little to support use of PRP and your results would be subpar for your goals. I would also recommend starting with treatments of Sculptra for the hollows of your cheeks as well as alon...
If you had swelling, which can be asymmetrical this can lasts 1-2 weeks after lip injections. Final results are seen around this time. Bruising after you had it dissolved may have caused the dark pigmentation. I recommend seeing an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Juvederm Voluma is soft. Radiesse is a little more firm but it will be replaced by your own collagen after a few months. I prefer Radiesse for augmentation of the cheekbone/ malar area but both work well. It is most important to see a surgeon experienced with injection of fillers to this area.
